Megan Murphy was very helpful in our search for a 55 and over development. We were located in Central New Jersey and needed to be close to our children in Northern NJ, therefore she needed to be available based on our availability. Unless she had other clients she always made herself available. She was excellent in obtaining information about the properties and shared it with us immediately. Megan was very nice and not pushy. Megan also set us up on the activity notification app which proved to be very helpful. When we finally signed a contract she was there every step of the way until completion. Even after we moved in she corresponded with us. We highly recommend using Megan as your realtor in Northern NJ.
