People are always asking about the easiest ways to add value to a home when you are getting ready to sell. Always consider new paint and carpet as a first step toward getting greater value. My husband and I also recently decided to upgrade our garage door as that can improve your home’s value by up to 4%! We are looking to do a few small projects each year that will have a great return on investment for the future.
I always second guess my design choices so I hired Kristen Sawyer of Sawyer Interiors to come to help us with our exterior. We also headed over to Aquarius Doors in Wyckoff to make our final selection. Below are some photos of the new door being installed. We are thrilled with the update and look forward to our next project which will be replacing our front door in the next few weeks. I’ll keep you posted!
