I began real estate five years ago and have been lucky to meet many of my goals along the way. We all have the unique opportunity right now to create goals for the next decade… the next TEN YEARS! While I’m tempted to create a huge goal that I hope to accomplish over a ten year period, I, personally, work better on a much smaller scale. I have broken down my goal into much more manageable numbers. It is to complete 36 transactions per year and broken down even further that would be 3 transactions per month. If I were to do that, I would successfully close 360 transactions this decade. That is simply amazing!

Specific – well-defined & focused
Measurable – numbers are essential for tracking progress
Achievable – dream big but set goals for realistic growth
Realistic – be honest with yourself
Timely- give yourself a deadline
